Deaf Classes in Kompong Som Province
Charlie Dittmeier of the MMAF works with deaf people in Cambodia. Part of his work is as an advisor to the deaf programs of the Cambodian Disabled People's Organization (CDPO). In March he traveled to Kompong Som Province with two CDPO staff to observe their operations in the field and to observe the deaf school run by D.E.A.F. in Sihanoukville.
