Peter Ward is an Englishman, deaf himself, who has started a small deaf school in Sihanoukville, the main city in Kompong Som Province. Peter previously worked in Nigeria in deaf school programs there. He is probably the person with the most knowledge and experience of teaching deaf children in Cambodia.
