Deaf Classes in Banteay Meanchey Province

Charlie Dittmeier of the MMAF works with deaf people in Cambodia. Part of his work is as an advisor to the deaf programs of the Cambodian Disabled People's Organization (CDPO). In March he traveled to Banteay Meanchey Province with two CDPO staff to observe their operations in the field.
