Here in Poipet, Jim Noonan discusses with our driver how to arrange for a taxi on the way back. In the background are the casions located in the no-man's land between the Thailand and Cambodian borders. Ordinary Cambodians are not allowed to go there. They were built for wealthy Thais who come across the border to gamble.
